GnomeTownUSA.com orders usually ship within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery is approximately 3 to 6 business days, but will vary depending on shipping location and availability of products.
Out of Stock Merchandise:
On occasion, an item may be on out of stock and the order may be held for an additional period of time until we are able to ship the order complete. We will notify the purchaser via e-mail to advise of the status and the estimated shipping date.
Please note that additional shipping charges, customs duty, and taxes may apply on items shipped to CANADA.

Method of Shipping:
Most merchandise is shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)Ground. Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air services are available at an extra cost. Please call our office at 1-800-798-1504 or 973-347-8392 to request air shipments.
Damages, Exchanges, and Returns:
Customers MUST contact our office regarding all damages, exchanges and returns. DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Call 1-800-798-1504 or 973-347-8392 to report damages or to obtain a return authorization. Credit will be issued for the cost of the merchandise on authorized returns only. No credit will be given for shipping and handling charges unless returns are due to an error on our part.
The following is a general guideline for returns/exchanges:
Product returns MUST be authorized. All returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt to issue a return authorization.
Product returned due to product defect: Full credit will be given including shipping and handling charges.
Exchanges for products must be requested within 30 days of purchase and must be approved.
