It's rub a dub time and Tubby the Garden Gnome is taking a bath in a borrowed pail. Oddly enough it is large enough to use as a bathtub. It is a rare treat to be able to take a bath in the middle of the day.
Here is a little known fact: Garden Gnomes never take off their hats when they sleep or bathe. Their time is too valuable and they don't want to spend the whole day searching for their hat.
